The ideal candidate will be experienced in lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals, particularly in the web development, digital marketing, and design industries. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and bringing in projects through platforms like Freelancer.com, Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through online platforms, social media, and direct networking.
- Create persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into paying clients.
- Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Work closely with our project team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, BDM, or Sales Executive in the IT/Digital Services sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in using Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of web development, design, or digital marketing services is a plus.
